About Demi
My story
our years ago, I moved with my partner and family from the Netherlands to Sweden to live a more grounded life in nature. Here, I offer private retreats at our cozy retreat center, as well as online sessions and guidance.
I am trained as a psychologist, but I also completed education in intuitive, holistic work. Early on, I realized that both approaches need to be combined to truly guide someone. Psychology provides valuable tools, but without a deep connection to our Soul Essence and addressing core wounds, true transformation remains out of reach.
My own journey reflects this. For years, I searched for answers in the outside world — gathering teachings, information, and spiritual experiences — only to feel more confused and detached from my body and inner truth. Years ago, I made a radical shift: I chose to focus solely on my Soul Essence and align with the Divine Source / God, allowing wisdom, clarity, and truth to flow directly through me without seeking externally. This shift transformed both how I work and how I experience life.

Another transformative experience was a serious kidney illness in May 2024. During this time, I let go of control and confronted my deepest fears. In doing so, something sacred opened — I felt fully and deeply held by a higher power (God) present in everything around me. I realized there was nothing to fear, and that whatever happened, it would be okay. I surrendered completely and anchored the energy of complete trust. By the end of the year, I was fully healed.
Over the years, I have guided many clients in my practice and led meditation groups, but after moving to Sweden, my main focus has become individual retreats. Having deeply personal 1-on-1 sessions with someone for multiple days on location, in combination with silence and nature, is pure gold!
I love guiding clients holistically, helping them remember who they truly are and reconnect with their Soul, body, the Divine Source, and the Earth. I integrate intuitive therapeutic elements such as inner child work, ancestral healing, healing meditations, body work, and working with nature, animals, herbs, and crystals. These tools are not a replacement for our Divine connection — which I consider the true source of healing — but beautiful gifts that provide additional support.
Through this work, clients are supported to release energetic blockages, heal trauma, let go of false identities, and reconnect with their inner truth. From this place, they can embody their gifts, honor their inner child, and integrate their inner masculine and feminine in harmony. Anchored in the body, they come home to themselves — free, sovereign, and fully alive.
